At Persol US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; therefore, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, cases, and certificates of authenticity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Securely place the frames, original hard case, and cleaning cloth inside the original shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
